International - Everyone is getting hyped up as fall is fast approaching. We too are filled with anticipation awaiting the arrival of StarCraft 2. Blizzard so far has temped us with demo and regular releases of updates on it. However, before we are over excited of the immerse goodness shown so far, we are hit with a little splash of "bad news".

Singapore - PaPa managed to make it on time to witness the finals of the CGF day 2. The two final matches for DotA were just started. XGN was facing off theNoob for the 3rd/4th placing match while the "arch rivals", KS and XtC were facing off one another. KS emerged victorious and plus 1 to their champion titles collection.

Singapore - We have received yet another brackets update. Hot from the oven, just after the organiser of CGF 2009 have done their drawing less than 1hr ago had released the finalise brackets. The following are the groupings for the participating DotA teams. It is really encouraging to see yet again emergence of many new teams. Under each group, there is at least one team which we never see before and according to the organiser the respond is overwhelming. Although some might be under the disguise of new name still there are many new teams to make it really counts even in that case. Thus it's a relieve that DotA is very much alive and growing on the contrary that some have been misinformed or assumed. Top teams in this event are evenly spread out so there is more room for the powerhouses to breath. If there is no major upsets, teams like XTC, Axis, KS, DsD, GG Hometeam should be able to smoothly move into the finals. It's all now to the new or hidden teams identity to see if they got what it take to knock the giants out of their place.

Asian, Singapore - The draw for WCG AC 2009 was completed and the videos were just released. Looking at DotA, the other teams that our Singapore team is going to be with are India, Australia and Korea. Chance for Singapore team at the first glance seems to be very high, but who knows, Korea or Australia might spring some surprises. Korea being mainstream RTS world... [Read More]

International - After seeing so many leaked version of 6.60, the official one is finally out! New items, new heroes, new skills. One of my favourite changes is definitely the Aghanim's Scepter. Ever since 5.XX era, soulbooster and mystic staff have been the requirements for it. Finally, the traditon has been broken. Alot more new heroes are able to upgrade their ultimate with it as well.
