I caught up with Mvp guys a few days back and I got some inside on them.


DotaSG: Hi guys! First of all, I would like to congratulate your team, on behalf of DotaSG, for winning the E-games 10k competition.
Mvp: Thanks a lot!

DotaSG: Alright, moving on to the questions, which team(s) really gave you guys a tough time during the E-games 10k Competition?
Mvp: The 2 teams were WeCookGrass and gam. Of the 2 teams, WCG was the hardest. They were going out for an all-out hold strategy, waiting for us to make mistakes. It was actually our longest game.

DotaSG: You guys are going to be playing in the E2Max New Year Competition?
Mvp: Yup

DotaSG: So just for the public to know, which of you guys will be playing at the E2Max New Year Competition?
Mvp: Well, its actually the same old guys. GPS, ToFuBoi, ice.on, Ant (a.k.a. Dudu) and LuX.

DotaSG: Who will you guys actually be looking out for this time around?
Mvp: Mostly the more experienced teams. Especially those that have played against us in the past. They would have trained against us by now. But more specifically the teams are WeCookGrass and Team Sacrilege. Anyway, I think WeCookGrass is affiliated to Team Sacrilege.

DotaSG: Oh! Is that so? I never knew. Ha Ha.
Mvp: I think its stated on their mIRC channel. We are actually saving our Shadow Fiend Strategy to be used against them.

DotaSG: Okie. So just a general question, do you guys think you will win the E2Max New Year Competition?
Mvp: We hope to, however, we expect tougher competition.

DotaSG: Ha ha… So more towards DotaSG, what is the impression of DotaSG’s 1v1?
Mvp: 1v1 has completely different strats and ways to play since the victory conditions are different. However, I'm sure Ant (a.k.a. Dudu), has mastered it.

DotaSG: By the way, I heard your team plans on heading down to Malaysia to participate in their up coming Dota competition.
Mvp: We’re not sure if we’re going yet, but of course we hope to.

DotaSG: Oh alright, then do you think, on the average, Singaporean teams are better than Malaysian teams?
Mvp: Perhaps, perhaps not. It’s really difficult to say because they are mostly version 5 players. However, we have played them in the past and they have proved to be very tough opponents.

DotaSG: You mean this coming Malaysia competition is v5?
Mvp: No, its version 6. Hopefully our experience in the past 2 competitions and the upcoming E2Max competition will work to our advantage.

DotaSG: Oh…so do you think you’ll win it?
Mvp: That, once again, is something we cannot give a definitive answer for at the moment. However, I think we stand quite a good chance.

So that sums it up the interview of the fun bunch of Mvp guys. Their actually quite a fun-loving, noisy bunch of guys.

the word Zenith means top of the mountain or peak. Or a metaphor for Best. team Zenith really proved to be the best in singapore . top in capl. all these. and u said there is always a mountain higher than another mountain. team Zenith deserves to be Mount Everest.

the mvp dota division who are now known as zenith shifted out of mvp for sponsorship and independence purposes

clan mvp now remains as a standard game clan, although it is quite inactive

zenith has a way long history. and their bonds are so tight that is machiam like solid. besides u cant just enter liddat. number 1 ) u are a nobody
number 2 ) since u are a nobody, they cant notice u at all lest recruit u
number 3 ) u do not have a clan, thus u dun enter any competition thus no one noes u
number 4 ) as i said. their bonds are so close . forming when they were since 2004.

seriously. i am a nobody too. but i just wanna be like u. be somebody correct ? that is why, u need to form a clan join tourneys and get spotted ! that is what i am doing now. i am joining the RP tourney. hoping to win this. followed by HQ tournament. dude, it doesnt matter if u lose or what. at least people noe u exist. if u really think u can join zenith why not ? nothing is impossible. but do it the proper way. it is a long time and arduous journey.
