60 dollar registration fees is kind of expensive and prize money only amounting to $500 is not a very good deal compare to other compies.

Would appreciate if the lanshop have a website and display its lanshop outlooks.Would give gamers more informations and decision whether to take part anot.

total prize pool is 500 in cash and prizes. 1st prize + 2nd prize + 3rd prize = 500 in cash and prizes [i'll assume there's no 4th]
meaning. if u win first place. u'd be lucky to even get about 300 cash + prizes. [effectively then, 100 cash]

even capl is better.. l0l. GxL mechmaster is also giving free tourny. I believe u should lower down the registration fee. A compy shld make the least profit, or i could say non at all. A good way to advertise the lanshop etc, but such a high registration fee will drive the customers away. nuff said

I agree with what u have said. But u have to understand that gxl and capl has sponsorship. But not this competition.

ya but i think the person is a greenhorn in organising compy.

1)U need to have a website with details or informations for gamers to look up to.
2)Registration fees is out of discussion.$60 for a mini compy top price or price amounting to only $500 is practically a joke.
3)You need to provide more details like Rules,location,schedule so gamers can plan their roster and time-management for it.
4)You can find a sponsor or self-sponsor since its a compy is not really meant for earning money but doing promotion for your lanshop.
5)A place for registration and not msn.Who knows the team may pangseh you let other teams walk over.Its need to be planned.This is too greenhorn.

that time also got 1 compy with louya coms, and sort of fake $1000 1st prize also alot of people join right? although in the end winner win the vouchers also not happy. Anyway heard the place close down after the compy.

Nevertheless, if registration is too little. Be prepared that the organizer can cancel the event and refund the full amount of money back. I dont think they wanna conduct a compy with very little response. It makes no business sense.

I think the organizers are kinda "testing market" to see if people are hungry for compy and they maybe hoping to make a quick earnings. Its just my own guessing.


Still, its nice to see compy organize by lanshops are progressively increasing.

Being Consumers, we always will have a choice :)
