basically shift will"queue" commands....
meaning when u click epic..
then hold shift and click dagger and target the place u wan to blink..
it will blink to the spot u targeted as soon as epic's casting time finishes..
so.. by holding shift..all commands are "queue" it will move to the nxt command as soon as it finish it's current command...
and ya... u can oso use it for the "move" command.. moving from then first set(ed) waypoint then proceeding to the nxt waypoint
sorri for my poor english

basically epicentre have a casting time of 2 seconds. during the casting time which triggers after u press the hotkey "c" which is epicentre's hotkey, most players will want to "jump" into the middle of the battle, which only can be done with dagger.
pressing down shift queues a move. for kicks, hold down shift and spam right clicks in the fountain, you will know what I mean.
So you press c , hold down shift , left click your dagger and click in the middle of battles. It means after ur 2 second casting time is up theres not a single pulse wasted, ur "thrown" into the battle by ur queued up dagger.

Yes, good tips. This is a good way to ensure that SK's epi's effect is fully maximised.

in the middle of a battle, it helps too.
like for example, banes ultimate, the fiend grip
lets say, ure gripping on to AM.
by the time you finish gripping him, his hp is just nice for a brain sap.
what if your reactions are not fast enough to sap him befre he teles?
tts where the queue up comes in...
hmm...i just learned this...gotta try out sometimes..good tip ;D

you can never grip then sap a blinker if blink is not in cd. the sap wont make it. he should get killed within the grip duration.

that is where waypoint comes in. waypointing is faster than the person who blinks

Btw, FYI, No matter how fast u blink in ... U will still miss one pulse of epic.. And yes, u will still miss one pulse even if u waypoint blink after epiccenter..

waypointing is queue-ing up of commands where there are no delay whatsoever in any 2 commands. true is my standard game idol till 2007

u can also use waypoint on runes,
eg right click on rune, hold shift, right click on next destination
this way, there will be minimal delay in rune picking. especially useful when theres a hero chasing u and u see a regen rune !

Maybe you should check your information before going "maths pls lol" on people. You WILL lose 1 pulse of epicentre by waypointing blink-epicentre (unless it has been corrected SOMEHOW that i haven't heard of, although i doubt so since its mostly wc3 mechanics and to correct it would probably involve changing the skill) - go see the various waypoint guides and mechanics pls lol!
