suggestions needed on how to improve and y we lost. All useful helps appreciated

we had a mirc draft match opponent was some unknown team so are we the replay is as attached. Pardon us if we are too noob =/ but it was a close game. They first took 1 of our mid rax den we took both of theirs. but in the end we lost =/ so hope sum1 will point out our mistakes so we can improve thx ^^ . ps: no scolding of noob or anything related to skills thx...its demoralizing =/

i felt tat zues didnt control the pudge at the start much...allowed him to farm too much and thus the pudge was able to tie with much of the killings becoz of his high hp...
u guys had the spellcaster advantage at the start...u should have kept backstabbing and killing the other side...control the early-mid game...when u have control of the map u shouldnt give it up so easily...
another thing was also warding...i saw very little warding and tat gave the pudge easy hooks...easy roshaning too...
also around late game u guys should always have tp...if not if the opposition pushes u might not make it back in time to defend as a group...tat was one of the main reasons why u lost mid racks...and also dun be afraid to bd(team invis and juz chiong the rack and zao)
finally i guess u guys lost at the 1hour19min there...the push at mid wasnt needed as the racks was already down and u guys got cleared when u made tat mistake...
overall it was a close game...skill wise both teams are very close but u guys lost becoz they had more lategamers i guess...

RuleZanG: haha icic..yea pudge was super farmed...arnd 2k++ to 3k in 10 mins...and we did gank and bs...but we mainly focus on qop sf and bb cause we initially thought tt by controlling dem we shld be able to at least gain abit of advantage at late game. warding wise at mid game i agree wif u theres was literally no wards. but if u noticed. oppo uses birds courier instead of observer wards...quite coolx imo. but as a result dey lost an aegis which was on the bird courier causing it to revive * funniest moment of the game*.

not the farming.. notice his movements and hooks.. starting he very zhun but behind abit off form always miss abit here and there.. can see he din just anyhow press hook.. got think de! smart i'd say

i dun haf any advice.. but heres what i noticed hope it will be helpful to u.. notice ur team's definition of teamwork is sticking together (in like big groups of 3-5) constantly to gang down some heroes with ur many stuns. but look at how the opponent play. they have much less firepower but they can win clashes even despite having less heroes in that engagement. They dont only play with teamwork, they play smartly as individuals.

potm is not exactly a late gamer wad, which spell shows u that it is a late gamer? However some ppl like to play potm as late by getting mkb dmg items etc. See potm's skills, 1 leap, 1 aoe nuke, 1 long range stun+nuke, 1 invis, no skills at all to add as or dmg or bash or help her tank in late game. This shows that POTM is infact a caster not a dps hero. POTM is like the sentinel QOP, can be played late-gamed but not as much potential as conpared to conventional late gamers.

i'm saying it depends on ur build, most high lvl matches dun use POTM as late gamer, they get eos to capitalise on her spells and make her a damn gd spammer, but if u want u cn buy mkb deso for potm anytime, just like u can buy mkb buriza for qop, making them a decent late gamer (any heros with dps items can be a decent late gamer, but not the best) although u dun capitalise on the early/mid game advantage.

PotM is in fact an early-game caster, a powerful support and high-potential late-gamer by sheer virtue of survivability (allowing you to farm more, and not to mention the AoE which aids your farming if you're a poor last hitter).

Shadowfiend does not have critical/bash/tank/increased attack speed, and runs the early game with Raze, is he a mere caster as well? I don't think so.

Skillwise, PotM may not have bash/evasion/critical BUT remember that PotM is a range+caster who has an excellent advantage over PA/FV early game, in addition to leap which more than makes up for it's lack of the damage augmentation skills. His potentially excellent early game makes for a potentially effective late game.

Although i concede that PotM may not be as powerful as a PA/FV with the same items, PotM has however a higher chance of obtaining the better items in the shorter time (because of a better early game) and therefore has the higher possibility of being more useful late game than simply throwing a chronosphere and running off. ^^

This is called battle potential.

In addition, the agility gain for PotM is comparable to many late game heroes at a very decent 2.75, also the reason why desolater/mkb/burize/mjol/etc also works rather well on PotM than most other heroes who will be much less of a late gamer given the same items.
