A VERY WARM WELCOME FOR ANYONE READING THIS GUIDE!! This is my first (and perhaps my last) time writing a guide. Okok lets cut it short and get to the guide on…..
THE 1337EST HERO IN DOTA – LUNA MOONFANG
1) Why is Luna so 1337?
Actually I dunno. Can own = 1337 I guess. Lemme start with some statistics.
Luna has a nuke, bouncing attack, trueshot aura, and t3h 1337 eclipse.
Peekture tis. You are a pro player. You walk in the neutrals hoping to creep some NC and farm ur divine rapier. Suddenly u see a dot on ur minimap and u go… >> OMFGWTFBBQ ITS LUNA, CHIRPCHIRPCHIRP (dats the noise eclipse makes when its casted) and u r dead. Den u go “!@#$%^&* F**K TIS IS HAX!” and have the urge to press that alt qq.
Like wad some say, if u cant beat it, join it. In this case u tink Luna is t3h gh3y hero, use it. Spam for it at the tavern.
2) Why does my topic say its out-of-the-box build?
If u are saying “!@#$ this n00b nothing else owns on Luna except H4X dagger and aghanim.”, I suggest u to press the little red button with a cross on it at the top right corner of the screen.

Heres the Out of the box build for Luna dat owns –
1) Branches and tangoes. NO CLARITY! (I will explain lata)
2) Buy mask of death from the secret shop at sides
3) Buy helm of iron will from the same place. [uve got Helm of Dom =D grats!]
4) Boots
5) Eaglehorn [it may seem impossible but it isn’t. I will elaborate lata]
6) Butterfly and finish Travel
7) Finish Satanic
Finish with either rad, AC, rapier, or another butterfly.
SKILL BUILD
1. Moon Glaive
2. Lunar Blessing
3. Moon Glaive
4. Lunar Blessing
5. Moon Glaive
6. Eclipse
7. Moon Glaive
8. Lunar Blessing

10.Stats till 22 den up Lucent Beam

“Omg u noob no lucent beam. U cant get kills early u cant own. NOOB!”
Explanation :
Lucent is probably the worse nuke in dota. 140 mana single target 300 damage, a fugly cast time. So what if its CD is 6 secs? Do you tink if ur shitty mana and hp pool u can chase lucent chase lucent? By sacrificing Lucent,
FIRSTLY, you are ensured wif sufficient mana for Eclipse, SECONDLY, an early damage output advantage (level 9 with max blessing and helm of dom, ur damage reaches 30+)
THIRDLY, if I ask u pump lucent stats den it wouldn’t be out of the box right?
“No dagger, u cant escape u are gonna feed.”
Explanation :
This build features Luna as a battler other den a gay eclipser , u can actually carry the team at late game.
An agility hero and a bouncing attack. WTF? BOUNCING? Yes, Luna has extremely high late capabilities while being a not to be underestimated hero to face at mid game.
3) Further explanation on WHY NO LUCENT and DAGGER AGHANIM?
Honestly, your shitty mana pool means u nid full mana to eclipse and finish off wif lucent. Forget chasing to cast again u wont have mana. Buying anyting to raise ur mana pool or intellegience will only result in u feeding.
WITHOUT LUCENT BEAM TO USE AT START, YOU ARE GUARANTEED SUFFICIENT MANA TO ECLIPSE AT LEVEL 6 AND NOT WASTE TIME SPAMMING HOTKEY E WAITING FOR UR MANA TO REGEN AND LET UR FOOD RUN AWAY.
Dagger is a 1337 for escape in chasing. But y waste 2150 gold for a item dat has no stats no nothing?
Aghanim is bullshit, u have unfinishable mana and a rather high hp cap. But how effective are u at late? Blink in eclipse? All 5 heroes and watch dem r*pe ur b*lls off?
Lemme elaborate on the gameplay to let readers understand no dagger aghanim and butterfly satanic FTW
4) Gameplay
Lane at senti bottom, scourge top, Pair wif a range that can allow u have ur start game as smooth as possible. U only nid ur helm of dominator up to get the ball rolling.
With helm of dominator, farm in lane last hitting for creeps. Expect aggro opponents trying to bring ur hp down. Occasionally, u backstab by going around the forest to eclipse dem.
THE TRICK IS THIS - IF YOUR HP IS LOW DUE TO AGGRESSIVE OPPO OR RIGHT AFTER A KILL AND U ACCIDENTALLY TANKED SOME CREEPS AND TOWER.
GO TO THE NEUTRAL CREEP PERSUADE A STRONG NEUTRAL CREEP (eg cent fulbs). USE DEM TO TANK WHILE U LEECH THE HP AWAY WITH UR HELM OF DOM.
BEFORE YOU NOE IT U ARE FULL HP AND UR ECLIPSE JUZ CD-ED.
By doing this, ur butterfly is gonna be up pretty quick. Watch your imba glaives fly around damaging everyone hu get too close.
Oppo who see ur hero will think at first – “Lol its dat luna lets go r*pe it and get some free gold” and they start rushing at you.
Next thing dey noe it you are evading their hits and their hp falls so quickly dey wun be able to react until their dead.
5) Credits and Summary.
