Welcome to my guide to meepo
http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k250/sheny_1/meeporoshan.gif
This guide is base on my playing experiences with meepo in inhouse/pub and a few draft matchs.
This guide still on it's very starting stage so feel free to provide me with feedback ^^

* Able to multi farm and level quickly
Cons
* Item dependent
* Low health pool
* Poor stats gain
* If 1 of the clones or the real meepo dies, all 4 will die
* Difficult to play against high level opponent
* Can't "tank" mass aoe spells

Skill Descriptions

Earthbind
http://www.dota-allstars.com/images/lists/BTNQuillSpray.gif
Rains earthern spikes across a target area, pinning down all enemy units in the 225 AOE. Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 1 - 500 casting range.
Level 2 - 750 casting range.
Level 3 - 1000 casting range.
Level 4 - 1250 casting range.
Cooldown: 20/16/12/8 seconds.
Mana cost: 100/100/100/100.
Author's comment : A great aoe net to hold down multiple enemies. At level 4 it has a very HUGE casting range of 1250. With the help of meepo's clone you are able to lock down enemies and engage them.[/cplor]
Useful facts :
-It has a 2 second animation casting time.
-Stops channeling spells.
-Able to net avatared,bkb,repel(ed) units
-Hitting a net on a windwalked/invis unit will not reveal it but hitting it before it turn invis will reveal it as long as it's constantly netted
- know issues with impale type spells
- Netted units may still attack you and cast spells.
- By casting net to a unexplored area it the map, you will gain sight of the area much like potm's elune arrow.

Poof
http://www.dota-allstars.com/images/lists/BTNDispelMagic.gif
Drawing mystical energies from the earth, Meepo can teleport to another Geomancer, leaving destruction in his wake. After channeling for 2 seconds, Meepo instantly teleports to nearest target Geomancer, dealing damage in 400 AOE in the departure and arrival locations.
Level 1 - 40 damage.
Level 2 - 80 damage.
Level 3 - 120 damage.
Level 4 - 160 damage.
Cooldown: 140/120/100/80
Mana Cost: 20/18/16/14
Author's comment : Your free Boots of travel. Can be used to gank escape or simply transport yourself to your base to heal. Recent buff to it's mana cost mean it's now more useful and can leveled as normal instead of skipping it till the last four levels.
Useful facts :
-This spell is able to target any type of meepo. Basically any meepo clone that you control. Example illusions from manta style or illusions from a illusion rune .( Does not work on replicated meepo and dark seer's ultimate's illusions)
-Interrupting spells like stun will just pause the channeling instead of stopping it,
-By clicking on the mini map it will simply poof you to the nearest meepo.
-Can be self targeted
-Only the meepo that cast the spell has to channel.
Geostrike (passive)
http://www.dota-allstars.com/images/lists/PASBTNPillage.gif
The Geomancer enchants his weapon with the essence of the earth, crushing the life from his enemies and numbing their legs. Slows target movement speed and deals 15 damage per second. These effects are additive with other geomancers. Lasts 2 seconds.
Level 1 - 5% slow.
Level 2 - 10% slow.
Level 3 - 15% slow.
Level 4 - 20% slow.
Cooldown: None.
Mana cost: None.
Author's comment : A slow and damage over time round into one. With your clone you will have 4 times the ability to slow a unit. The damage overtime also helps in last hitting early on.
Useful facts :
-Getting an orb effect item/having a buff placer will over write this skill
-The damage is not stacked instead it is added to the target. (Example you will not get 60 damage over time, instead you will get 4 times 15 damage each )
-The damage over time will deal fatal damage to the target.
-The slowest movement speed a unit can get is 100 ms.
Divided We Stand (passive)
http://www.dota-allstars.com/images/lists/BTNUpgradeRegenerationAura.gif
Meepo summons an imperfect, semi-autonomous duplicate of himself, which can gain gold and experience as he does and shares his experience and abilities. However, the clones cannot wield any items but the boots that Meepo himself wears. Clones gain 25% of any extra attributes the primary has. If one clone dies, they all die.
Level 1 - 1 Geomancer clone.
Level 2 - 2 Geomancers clone.
Level 3 - 3 Geomancers clone.
Cooldown: None.
Mana cost: None.
Author's comment : Meepo's trademark's double edge skill. If 1 of the clone die all 4 meepos die together. With 3 clones and 1 original this would mean a 4 v 1 situation when facing with an enemy alone.
Four separate units to control, it can very tedious.
Useful facts :
-Clones mirrors the real meepo's boots inventory and all the skill learnt
-When summon it will have full mana and hp and will be spawn near the real meepo.
- Experience and gold is not divide when your multi farm.( example 3 of your clone neutrals and your original meepo farms a lane normally this would mean that you have two source of gold and experiences)
- When the original takes a double damage rune and all 3 of the clones are near it, all four meepo will receive the double damage buff.
-Clones benfits from + stats bonus
[color=DarkOrchid]Skill order
_____________
Level 1 - Earthblind
Level 2 - Geostrike
Level 3 - Earthbind
Level 4 - Poof
Level 5 - Earthbind
Level 6 - Divided We Stand
Level 7 - Earthbind
**For the reminding level max Geostrike first , followed by Poof and get Divide We Stand when ever u can**
Skill explanation
_____________________
A rather straight forward skill order. Maxing Earthblind first as it's your only AoE disable use it to gank or escape.
Getting 1 level of Geostrike and Poof.Geostrike is to help you in your last hit and Poof is to help you and your clones to escape when you hit level 6.
Poof is leveled because of it's changes made in 6.49. Poof now has a lower manacost but at the cost of a longer cooldown so leveling it is the only logical way to make this skill more spamable.

Item build reasoning
________________________
The whole idea of my core build is to build meepo as a "4v1" hero , getting items that benefit both meepo itself and it's clone.
The first item to get is
Mekansm>increase your survivability with it's aoe heal and give a nice +5 to all stats to the real meepo , perfect item for meepo as the aoe heal benefit both the real you and your clones.
Followed by
Power treads(strength) >Why power treads? The remaked power treads now give +10 stats. In our case we use the strength power treads. + 10 strength is no joke early on , it give about the same strength bonus as two bracers. As all the clone will share the Boots inventory of the real meepo, power treads's strength and increase attack speed bonus will also affect it's clone.Note that the +10 stats in interchangeable by left clicking on the power treads in the item inventory.
finally
Vladmir's offering > This item has great synergy with meepo it provides mana regen, health regen,(damage aura)increase 15% of your base damage,(lifesteal aura) grants life steal to all meele units around offering's courier .**note that the +armor bonus does not stack with Assault cuirass armor bonus instead the item with a higher +armor will overwrite the other**
Possible items after core build reasoning
_________________________
Ageis of immortal > Reincarnation. Prevents you from dieing once.
Less death = more exp more gold
Assault Cuirass > + 5 armor aura , -5 armor aura 40% increase attack speed , +15% attack speed aura , + 10 armor.**note that the +armor bonus does not stack with Vladmir's offering's armor bonus instead the item with a higher +armor will overwrite the other**
Great item for meepo IAS to help meepo let more hits to maximize Geostrike. The armor boost will also make meepo harder to take down.
Heart of tarrasque > +35 strength, + 300 Hitpoints
Highest + strength item in game .With it's huge +stats bonus it will make meepo and it's clone harder to take down .
Armlet of Mordiggian > As long as this item is activated you will get +31 damage, +10% Attack speed, +25 strength and -30 hp regen/sec.When activated you will gain 475hp, when deactivated you will lose 475 hp.
Basically a very all round item for meepo. It provides abit of everything that meepo needs + damage, + IAS + strength, this item provides all of it.
Necronomicon > +14 strength, + 24 int ( level 3 nerconomicon) provides true sight, Mana break, Last will , Endurance aura, mana burn. Perfect item for meepo to counter ww and invis heros. Why not gem? As meepo with gem = four times the possibility to drop a gem, necronomicon would be a better choice. It boost meepo's two main weak point during early game, int and str.
