Im sure everyone have noticed the rise in number of flaming threads in this forum. of course its frustrating to get bmed. but i dont really see a need to post it here. if everyone were to post their replay of getting bm-ed, i think this forum would be flooded with bm threads. if you still dont get my point, just name me someone who has never been bm-ed before.

people are also increasingly sensitive about use of words such as "gg". originally meant as a friendly exchange, has now become a sarcastic comment.

bming never ends. if you get too frustrated because their bm, that means they have succeeded. intelligent creatures as we are, we shouldnt be so shallow to bear grudges because of bming in games. words are only harmful when you allow them to harm you.

just to sum up. games are meant to be enjoyed. aggressiveness only leads to more aggression. keep a cool mind at all times and enjoy gaming ^^

Yes Singaporeans are indeed very sensitive about the word "GG".

I remember the times when i was still playing standard games with my korean and taiwanese friends. we tend to just type "gg, gl, hf" at the beginning of the game. but once i play with this korean friend against some Singaporean, he just "gg, gl, hf" in a manner way but was bm back with some "parent scolding technique". but my friend wasnt even angry and still keep explaining that he meant no harm.

Just some bedtime story to share, have fun and dont quarrel!

well i dont find bm irritating...wat i find irritating is that the suaning/ scolding continues even if u keep quiet...they juz wan to make u retaliate. imo they are juz some nth better to do ppl :D
