Check out the video for the my first impression of the mouse: Click Here (http://www.dotasg.com/downloads/coolstuff_vipermouse.wmv).
note: Those not able to download/open the file, remember to right click and select "save link as" to download it.

First thing you will notice when you place your hand on the mouse is how comfortable the shape of it fits under your palm. The buttons are easily reachable where you do not have to do finger contortions to reach them.

Back View: The white led TravelPAC logo at the back.

The "side" buttons that is located on the top in between the left and right mouse button need a little getting use to, however it does not take long for me to get to use them with ease. The scroll is smooth with soft gentle "clicks" feel with every scroll action. The left/right buttons and the scroll wheel button need very little pressure to depress. Thus, your fingers used for clicking on the buttons do not get tired from intensive use.

As mentioned in the video, on the left and right side of the mouse, there are some rubber ridges running along the sides. This is a very well though out feature, especially for those with sweat palm. This ensure you have a firm hold onto it during intensive gaming where every precise control of the mouse would determine the outcome of your crucial battle with your opponent. Another important point to mention is the mouse is made for both left and right handed user with it's symmetrical design.

Side View: Notice the rubber ridges grip.

The 3 steps dpi are adjustable on the fly which is perfect for gamers. Especially gamers who play fast actions game which required them to constantly change between precise sniping and to fast quick swipes that needed different dpi mode for the mouse. This would be a good solution.

Bottom View: Big Foot.

Lastly looking at the bottom of the mouse. We can see that TravelPAC is very generous on the size of their mouse feet. Especially the arch shaped mouse feet at the back ensures the smooth gliding across mousepad and other smooth surfaces.

PaPa gives it:
4 out of 5 points.

The 1 missing point is due the lack of changeable weight which is almost a must have feature for gaming grade mouse and also for the possibility of the rubber ridges catching dirt. Overall it's a great mouse to add to your gaming arsenal.
