Not really convincing that you get a random first timer into a forum to act as a mod. Most Mod in major forums are gained from the start of the beginning or promoted due to accomplishments.

Yes previous achievement is important. But we can give a "nobody" a chance to be a somebody. Respect has to be earned so give him a chance to prove himself. Previous achievements is just a boost to ur upcoming challenges. Afterall he did build up the previous achievement if he has 1.

To somewhat give an answer to your post, I got this power and responsibility because of me joining the Dotasg team a few days ago. It was an agreement between me and dotasg_papa and currently I'm still in more or less a 'trial' stage.

So I will be part of all the new things and additions to come for Dotasg and events it will organize, so stay tuned!
