Sinagpore - It's unfortunate that team EMP has went dormant at the moment. They are currently undergoing restructuring as according to their team leader "markvon". So we will be closing their clan forum section with their leader's consent. Hopefully, they could get themselves back on track again. All the best guys.

kinda inevitable.

team forming requires commitment. commitment comes when deres less people and more attention given to each individual.

i dun really like the idea of a clan turn team 1 team 2 kinda thing. hope fellow mates treat this as a lesson.

don't form team out of impulse.

(im not sure if im off topic)

Are your referring to general or particularly to EMP's case, it's a little confusing, can you make yourself clearer.

Both.

in EMP's case. i noticed the inactivity. due to the lack of commitment perhaps?

thus linking to the trend and a advice to people out there - not to form teams on impulse.

Its kinda complicated. Its not just the commitment part. Rather its luck.
They were commited to go professional until a letter from the government pops up telling them that they have 2 more months of holiday before a nice new haircut.

About the inactive part, the emp members were very active until news of it being disbanding.

This reply is just to clarify issues of emp members being rash or not commited enough and still wanted to go professional

Its a pity to see it go. Hopefully there will be a return of emp soon.

hais forming team out of impulse? does it matter? at most disband . that's what i think. it isn't a relationship or something.

Last time CS I think there is. But I not too hardcore, and memory is failing me so cannot remember exactly there are or not.

So army guys, time for you to for a DotA team. LOL
