Need help regarding GXL format..

hi guys, i'm a little confused about the format of which the new season of GXL (Season 2) will be played. they said that we will be randomly allocated to groups of 3 first then followed by rearrangement of groups (what's the purpose of rearranging? so will teams be eliminated throughout the rearrangement process?). and secondly since there will be 3 matches played per group, this means that there will be 2 matches played per team for the week yeah? (eg. A vs B, A vs C & B vs C)?

just need some clarification cos its a little confusing =) thanks to anyone who can help me.. =)

where got say this ? i think the rules follow the last year rules. u match with the teams that are above and below your team.
