Players which are naturally good and prepared for any circumstance.

Players that do more then just DotA. Players that actually can be PLAYERS ^^ if you get the drift.

Not really negative I would presume. We never really rejected anyone but I mean we are looking for people who WERE at lease involved with the competitive industry.
