Introduction
Good evening to everyone, today i've decided to bring to the Singapore gaming community recent updates of current Blizzard projects that are either ongoing or near completion. Many people would probably be anxious and waiting in anticipation of Blizzard's newly designed RTS game, Starcraft II, which promises to be a big hit in the gaming industry and revolutionize the future of e-sports altogether.
Background on Blizzard's past projects
Blizzard entertainment, possibly the world's famous & biggest game producing company, has come such a long way with the vast number of projects it has designed, which ranges from 3 main platforms:
Warcraft Universe
Warcraft II Battle.net edition
Warcraft III Reign of Chaos
Warcraft III Frozen Throne
World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft Burning Crusade
Starcraft Universe
Starcraft
Starcraft: Brood war
Diablo Universe
Diablo
Diablo II
Diablo II Lords of Destruction
New developments
Aiming to take their gaming achievements to a whole new level, Blizzard apparently has greater ambitions, coming up with the development of several latest gaming projects, some of which is common generic knowledge to all, whereas there are also a few secret projects in question that not many would know about as Blizzard has declined to mention much about them. These projects include:
Wrath of the Lich King
Starcraft II
"Hydra"
Diablo III
WoW movie
Based on this information, WOTLK and SC2 are most probably set to come out in the upcoming year or so, thus avid gamers who have waited a long time for these 2 expansions in the gaming exodus need not wait much longer. The exact date has not been released but gamers' hearts can be quelled by the consolation that it will be out by the end of this year.

Diablo III?
As for the other 2 Blizzard projects, "Hydra" and Diablo III, they are projects of a more mysterious and enigmatic nature that Blizzard has declined to reveal much upon. Diablo III is yet to be confirmed, but nonetheless there is quite a distinct possibility that Blizzard will choose to engage on this project. However one of the possible speculations why Blizzard will abandon Diablo III might be because Diablo I and II's head producers had left Blizzard to join the gaming company developing 'Guild Wars' as well as another group of them who went to make a hyped game called 'Hellgate london', which we know eventually failed miserably. In fact, most of Blizzard's original staff who developed other projects such as Starcraft and Warcraft have also left in search of greener pasture.
Nevertheless, there are certain evident signs that the creation of Diablo III will be further explored. For the answer to that, it lies in the hands of Blizzard's Worldwide invational 2008 this coming weekend. The extract below should serve to consolidate your thoughts revolving Diablo III.
"Rumours already have been floating around for a while, that Blizzard will not only show us the new World of WarCraft add-on and StarCraft II with all three races playable at the World Wide Invitational 2008, but also something very special.
Just a few minutes ago Blizzard changed their frontpage on www.blizzard.com, and put a splash screen online.
It seems possible that Blizzard will announce Diablo III during the WWI 2008 in Paris this weekend - or are the colours of the splash screen StarCraft II related and Blizzard will announce the release date for the RTS game?"

As for Project "Hydra" and the WoW movie, not much is known as to what further developments to expect in these areas.
"We hear there are three things the company is working on, obviously WoW, Starcraft II, and a third top secret project that is not the oft-rumored Diablo III. If you happen to be walking behind Blizzard folk at AGDC, you might hear something that sounds like this.
Blizzard Employee 1: What are you working on?
Blizzard Employee 2: Starcraft II, and you?
Blizzard Employee 1: I am working on Hydra."

What future lies ahead?
To conclude, Blizzard has never been seen to be more resilient in the continuous dedication and persistence to bring to us a new era of gaming experience, as well as greatly improved gameplay and game mechanics in the form of mainly Starcraft 2 and WOTLK. If the rumours are true, then Blizzard will have achieved their goal of developing a bloc of diversified fantasy games worldwide.
Blizzard is indeed not one to disappoint.
