How to counter SA?

SA is very slippery. you should carry sentry wards at around level 5, when he reaches lv 6, plant one at the place you're roaming. also alert any teammates if you have that sa is lv 6 and be on the lookout.

The best is nukers, like the suggested QoP. When he appears from his invisbility, nuke the shit outta him, and pretend you cant see him although you have wards. He most probaly has low hp, but still hanging around you. So when your nuking skills recharge, nuke him again. pwned liao. Zeus is da best. But late game...DIE! The best way to counter late game is LoA, or Bounty Hunter. Bounty has track, and a 325dmg nuke.

Yes, and it's very hard to counter SA. In my shool compy we pushed in at 20mins. Then the SA unstoppable lol. He inside can kill all of us(with help of teammates). Kanna pwned. But we still won that match ;D Because we pushed in. And position your wards well.

1. You can harass him. (Battle hunger, but it's better not to learn. Pump on tuant and the counter attack thing)
2. When he invisible he backstap you, there are chances to spin and counter him back.
3. When you wan to kill him at level 6, he backstap you, use the.. tuant, he cannot use skills and creeps will attack you, there more chances to spin and end it with your ulimate.
4. Get your armour high up, hp too. 2 agies, 1 BOT, 1 hearts, 1 S&Y, 1 MKB.
5. In this way, you wont need a gem/ward, just tuant near him and he will come out ^^

wards can see SA and any sentries nearby. SA most probably wouldn't risk eating the mines

Countering Sa is so easy. There are so many options, wards, gem, necronomicon 3.

Well, there are a number of methods to counter SA.

if you are playing as slardar/bh, you shouldnt face too much problems. Amplify damage/track is essentially a free gem for you.

numerous other heroes like bs/early game nukers like zeus should be able to take down down sa early game.

Otherwise, wards or gems are your best frien

i nv fail to own sa even in late game.. 1 track enough to own him.
his smoke can't do shit on bh since bh got evasion and critical that even out.

A easy trick here is to make sure he start with 700 gold instead of 4200.

btw,in 5v5,you can use aoe to win him.Since he is rather fragile,few aoe nuke will be enough to kill him
But still,the main idea is to stop him from farming by warding up.

He is basically countered by warding/gemming... Hard to kill a pumped SA so prevent this..I see many ppl always run when SA(lvl6-7,not yet so strong with damage) whack.. worse still while the person runs, his teammate in the same lane runs along with him.
#1-Dun run from SA if u can pwn him at low lvls
#2- If you see ur teammate running from SA go help if u know u can.. dun think" omfg its SA the invis pro always godlike" then run away -.-

SA's threat is halved when u can see him, so as long as u use anything that reveals him, its easy. As for how to reveal him, so many possibilities... but don't forget that SA also can counter back sometimes even if u can see him.

Morpling is strong.

But actually with str8 agi106.. lols .. that morpling must be really suagu type. cause need to look at hero damm well .. 1 mistake = byebye, unless with reaver and bracers, ok la.
usualy i'd get 1 power treads, 4 band, 1 perserverance, 100 mana for about 400 dmg :/ ( w/o armour reduction yet )

this version 6.43b sentry sux, there was a team i was playing against them, spend alot of gold just to get sentry to kill me, they manage to kill a few times but due to the short duration of sentry, they wasted too much gold just to sentry and farm safely while i keep swapping lane or neutral. End game 3 of their heroes no items.

Would prefer a BH, slardar or even doom as a direct counter, drow is good but silence must be accurate, guinsoo as item if sa is too much a threat. good escaping skill heroes like qop, am, faceless or even weaver, bone, pl can be gem carrier.

Ya u pro tell us how to perfectly counter SA then.

For an SA to counter what counters him is to get the Manta Style. While making nukes a new counter to Manta Style users, in smoke they can't do sh*t. Mirror Image removes MOST buffs except for Doom (you can't even use it) and Rupture. W/ wards these skills are... scary.

A truly skilled Sa can own any hero that does not have spells that reveal it, or get wards or gem...

If you want to pwn SA, juz get nukers or heros that can harass well with wards or gem... the SA would be ineffective the whole game..
