Average Age of Dotarians

Was reading an article in the newspapers recently. Lanshop owners were saying that the over 30s crowd usually come in after work to get their daily fix of Dota.

Strange, because i have not seen any people in that age range. ( I am 23 btw )

So just a poll to check the average age of people here playing Dota.

i'm 4 years and 3 months. going 6. Q(-.-Q)
i guess most people now playing dota would fall into the 15-18 range.
espically poly students.
If not it would be in the 7-12 range. Like those in my neighbourhood cyber cafe who use naix first item buy 3 clarity one flask. :Banane36:

i bet he's damn good though, and most probably has a underground clan called team.LTCs or something.

Anyways most of these guys play lan, hama and zion/lancraft.
Leavers are not much of the majority. I feel its just alot of trash talk.
There are 2 kinds of dotaplayers of this age grp.
1:Talk Big and play lanshop everyday. More Pai kia
2: Discuss item builds and have dota at home.Chiong Homework then play.Stop during exams. More Nerd.

sad to say im think im in grp 2. but. Exclude the nerd factor. Its just i do quite well in sch. :)
And u guessed right. Im 14 for the next few weeks till 1/1/07
