Ms is how many seconds interval your computer receives information, the lower the better

Yeah guess cos the most local speed u need is 25mbps only. Its like.. 1mbps is enuf if you're using 1 com. Overseas surfing max speed is capped at 1mbps. So to those who have relatively lower speeds, no worries. You don't lose much to others. Even with high BB speeds, if your com can't handle the high bandwidth, you're just wasting ur money.

hi I test the speed of my internet in many sites I got the best speed results from here scanmyspeed (http://www.scanmyspeed.com/)
my results are
download=1.09Mbps
upload=0.87Mbps
I dont know the reason why my speed seems to be slow many of them said that if Cable Internet services share bandwidth with satellite Internet access.
If there are many subscribers using that same bandwidth, it can slow down the connection.
kindly guide me how to solve this problem .
