If you are going support,i would go necrobook instead of dagon.
Necrobook will provide viper with enough mana to auto-cast poison-attack.

Meka is a nice choice,but i will leave those job to int-support like lich/sliencer.
and btw,there not much value in getting dagon other than the awesome
ks-factor.You could invest in something that help your farming like BOT or something that help you survive better.

Generally I think dagon is a stupid choice, as you usually obtain it in about mid-late game, and so what if you have a 400< damage nuke? By that time, people's armor would be higher, alot more resistant to dagon.

Dagon costs about 3k, on level one. Why waste another 1350 gold to get 100 more damage and a few stats, and with the 3k you could've bought a reaver or something. With a reaver, you can tank longer to deal more damage than a single dagon blast.

Also, dagon is a useless item, unless in the cheap 1v1 way. Like, bane or something. Lvl 1...Sap! attack! attack! Dagon! First blood!

Sorry, this is just my opinion, people out there how are dagon fans no offence =)

viper with blink sounds ok, but not much people buy, maybe when the viper cant chase, then blink to infront to poison arrow again.
viper with dagon, i don think mana will last, viper strike, dagon, poison poison poison no more mana :/

viper wif blink...dun use ss 1st...poison , move forward ,normal attack, move forward poison , repeat until he ran too far..then blink in ss n use normal attack... viper wif dagon , poison, dagon, ss, normal attack, when enemy running use poison

viper with blink sound interesting,however i find it quite situational based though.
If your team is a good lineup,viper with some tanking item will do,making that 2k+ quite a little waste.
However,it still good if the opponent disable is targetting you first.
Since you are mentioning about using DOE to escape,when ganking i rather keep it aside in case of emergency.
Also,viper doing orb-walking(aka animation cancel) should have no problem catching up unless being disabled.

Viper dunid stuffies like blink de, if your poison hit the enemy dunid run. Unless he can blink/teleport/invis. In this case even if you have blink dagger,
you still wont catch up to blinker heros like am/qop etc. They can blink faster then u.
Rather, get ur damage/agi/armor rather just yourself more powerful and kill anyone in ur way, if no one disturb den do a push with allies in one lane, rax, finish. Enemy get in the way, again jus kill.

I like vanguard + treads for viper. Then start dmg ba, relic + demon + aegis to divine. If it is possible to farm one-shot-3800, then I will get relic first.

Yeah i usually play radiance bkb DR AEGIS Heart . Bt dats cos opponents have late gamers. If im hoping for a early game end . I'll go for => vanguard => Bkb => Buriz => anyting else lor haha

Dagger is not essentially.You should have no problem catching up enemy with poison attack+orb walk

Do note that dagon is 300damages due to base hero magic resistance(25%)
And generally,that 300 burst of damage is almost unless late game.Beside,for that price,you can get better item which will benefit you better.

Dagon by itself is in the category of "not worth for the gold"

I actcaully find necro is a better choice in INT when compared to dagon for viper.
You summon,then use ulti slow,followed by poison attack(orb walk)
The damage output is far higher than that 300 burst of damage.

I think dagon is more for ksing a teamate Lolx. A dagon 1 costs around 1.35k +1K + 650 ~= 3k. So a Dagon 5 will cost 3k+1.35k+1.35k+1.35k+1.35k ~= 8.4k! For 8.4k one could have gotten a dr.

Anyway, dagon is stupid. In late/mid game, you could've spent the gold gettinga reaver, which allows you to deal more damage in the additional time you couldve tanked.

Dagon gives you a 400-800 damage nuke. So what? You still have to go through mid-game/late-game armor calculation, and in the end, you will only dish out about 270 damage in a blast. Getting a soul booster with that little additional over dagon gives you 450 hp and 450 mana. Way worth over dagon. Unless you want to ks.

Ya, next time draft match when you use viper make sure u buy dagon as ur first item. Staff of wizadry will let u cast ur poison atk another 10-12 times, so its good.

heart/mkb (again depend, heart if u wanna tank, mkb if u wan to dish out more damage, mini stun ftw)
