WinterChill: Slots All Taken, Teams Check Your Slot Status.

Thank you all for your supports of our upcoming event. With the overwhelming signups, we are glad to announce that all our WinterChill slots are taken up. This is the first time where the slots were fully booked before the Early Bird registration deadline is up. Here are the update of the teams that have registered.

However, some of these teams have incomplete registration. These teams had been notified by email or private message, please check your email or private message the notification sent out on what is missing and needed to be done to complete your registration. If you take your time, you might lose the slot to another team complete their registration before you. And for those teams on "booked" status . Please make payment ASAP to secure your slot, if not your slots will released to paid teams as priority.

For the "lock" status teams, your registration and payment are completed so your slot has been locked in securely for you. If you have any change to your lineup please inform us before the registration closes on 12th Feb 2009 (Thurs).

For teams who are still interested, do continue to send in your registration and make payment first to be placed in our waiting list. If any slots become available, they will go to you in the waiting list first. We might also consider some side event for teams that are on waiting list and keen to see some action during WinterChill.

Complete your registrations, make your payments and we will see you all at WinterChill soon. All the Best, Good Luck and Enjoy!!

Well, thanks for the support, now the registration is really exploding.

We will see what I can do for the rest of the teams, but no promise. I hope that we will not disappoint and do something for you all.

The new team status list will be updated later. As for what will happen to teams who missed out or lose their slot, we will announce what we can do for you after tomorrow.
