Is there such rule in wcg that say Dota 1v1 match after 45mins is counted as restart?

At first these guys created a 3v5 match in bnet. After losing, one of them left game. And when i asked them why, they were bad mannered. And then jio me one vs one dota match.

And they created the 1v1(sharem) with 2 observers and we both got kotl.
I told them to remake but they dun want. So i played on, though i got killed twice and my first two towers down first, i won in the end becuase of items.

And when i was about to get their rax, They said. There is a rule in wcg dota 1v1 that says that the game will be restarted after 45mins.

i agree with reya-sore losers who cant handle 3v5,thinking they're unbeatable,then when they not happy go 1v1 some1 lose,make up excuses like "SORRY! I HAVE CONSTI[ATION"
