Registration
Payment is to be made first to reserve a slot, later registration form to be sent in to confirm the slot once all information is certified correct. A receipt number will be provided to be input inside the form once payment has been made.

1. How to make payment?
Manual payment -
Make your payment at CyberDome Cybercafe at Meridien (Now called Concorde) Hotel(opens 24hrs).
Registration Fee (closing date: 17th June 2009): SG $40 ($5 discounted) .
Special promotion 1, for the first 15 CyberDome customers (usage of 2 hours of L4D gaming) who sign up will get their free 1 for 1 CyberDome vouchers activated for use and another $5 rebate from using the given voucher. Which means the registrations for them would be at $35 per team only. Vouchers will given while stocks last.
Special promotion 2, not forgetting our loyal competitive participants, any ProPowerPlay rank members will also also get to enjoy the $5 rebate too. All you have to do is to match your ID particulars to our record when you are making your registration payment. Your team would get to register at the fee of $35 per team too.
No player shall multi-team, meaning playing for more than a teams will not be allowed. If a player's team qualified for the next stage, he will have to stick with that team. No player shall use multiple DotaSG ID. Those that already participated our previous events please use back the same DotaSG account. Players caught for breaking the above rules will cause his team to risk disqualification without refund.

Proceed to CYBERDOME cybercafe's counter to make payment, and do remember to take your receipt after you made your payment. Please keep the receipt in case of refunding under special situations, we will not refund if the receipt is not available and will also not replace any lost receipts.
When during registration, please you have to make full payment first. For team who hold valid discount voucher for win in previous event, that team's leader will be able to claim back (under the same team name or lineup) the discount during the first match day. Thank you.
2. How to complete the registration form?
Step 1 -
All participants need to be registered members of DotaSG. There is a top horizontal menu bar on this page, click on "Register", the third option from left to sign up for an account.
Anyone facing problems verifying their account, please private message
"DotaSG_PaPa" with your Name, IC and Contact info, we need to verify those info before we activate your account.
Those already have your account login and update the personal information of your NRIC number, Mobile Phone number and Full Name.
Step 2 -
Download our registration form, click here to download. (http://www.dotasg.com/downloads/iwsmay09_registration.xls)
Fill in all members details and particulars and email the completed form to "DotaSG_Admin@hotmail.com" before closing date of registration period. If you are an early bird registration, then your form has to be submitted before the registration closes.
Ensure all members' nickname for their DotaSG account are exactly the same the ones they registered for and don't forget to include those special characters like ", . ? !... " and spacing used in their nick.
Fill in your receipt number (top right corner of receipt).
Any team that do not fill in accurate information in the registration form will have it rejected. So please help us by helping yourself to fill in all information correct and accurately. All red color text options box must be filled with correct information.
It is extremely important that your registration is done properly and completed as instructed. Also any team who does not complete their registration form and send it to us by close of our registration will lose their slot without any refund.
Please kindly do not horde the slot if you are undecided to join or unsure of the rules and regulations of the event. We seek your understanding and cooperation to fully check the rules, ask in the event announcement thread or PM to DotaSG_PaPa on anything you are unsure of before you make payment and signup.
3. Slot Confirmation
Important Note:
The registration is on first come first serve basis.
Priority for slot reservation will be given to those who made payment.
Priority of confirmed slots will be given to teams who have send in registration form after payment is made.
Those who did not managed to get one of the total available will be put into waiting list. Process of registration is same as above to be place in the queue by priority inside the waiting list. Slot(s) will be given our accordingly when released. If you still do not get a slot, then your registration fee will be refunded.
Else any request for refund will not be entertained once payment is made. So please kindly make sure you are ready to join before you make payment.
We will inform participants if any case of drastic changes and refund will be offered then accordingly to case by case basis.
