Help me get on mirc

Hey guys im from europe, im pretty used 2 mirc but when i try and connect to the singapore mirc chan it does this. any1 able 2 help? ty in advance.

some servers refuse connections to non local ips

when u open irc, u see some window, with 30 days left or something like that. den u either press continue or help[duh u press continue]
after that, a window will pop up asking for ur name, email address, nickname, and alternative. fill them up and press okay.
this will bring u to a blank screen. then u type this
/server singapore.sg.galaxynet.org
that shld connect to u to the right server with the right port and everything.
to join channels, type in any window, "/j channelname" without quotes.
to naem a few, dotarian, wcg, wgt <---- public game channels.
zenith, mvp, dn*, -dreamz-, ipod, micronology
channel names have no spaces in between. if u type "/j channel name" ull only join #channel

join a US server , you would still be able to be in the same channels

ok ty guys i got on. where can i find high lvl games? i got a replay on the forums which i hope shows i aint a bad player even tho my gamestyle is much different from yours. id like yo play a few games with u guys and maybe learn new things.

I dont really know where to find high level games, but most of us use lancraft iff we dont have battle.net and 10% are mhers. W/o those cheaters, you're still going to experience pure lag

Try channels like wcg and dotarian. This two are prolly the best channel if you want to play public we have. Though u still get a few lousy games / leaver games when your unlikely, most of the time your team/opp should know what they are doing ( though i expect 1/2 of them dont really bother concentrating on denying/last hitting).

Feel free to try out the channels if you want. We play by connecting through the ips(not ggc). hosts will post the ip on the channels and we join through programmes like lancraft/zion etc. I can say the quality of players are better than those public on ggc european channels.

Oh, and all modes are -ap unless stated otherwise.

Even i lag if there are mhers in the game.... Sometimes the latency spikes gets so annoying that i wished there was a way to disable mhers. I somehow think that 40% are mhers now. Nobody thinks of playing without mh nowadays (which is so dam dam dam annoying).

I seriously dont think the rate of mhing is that much....its just alot ppl simply refuse to admit the opponent used some common sense to find them which results in them dying and getting killed...I got accused of mh 3 times in 3 games today....all similar cases...1st i go neutral farming...spotted fresh corpse on the creeps. So i blinked ard to check the other creep spots. found opponent farming and killed him...that guy goes back to the neutral after some time and the same situation happened. So he ultimately assumes no one will ever discover him farming neutral twice and custom kicks/leaves with the reason mh.

In any case, i seriously dont think mh is that often used really. Unless you tell me u are hiding in the middle of a patch of trees with no one seeing u get in and someone tangos off the trees slowly to kill u , theres no reason to suspect use of mh when u die.
