den why there are ppl saying 6.38b is stable league map for rapture n capl.. they say theres a thread saying so..

i think rapture and others use latest map of dota but capl sticks with 6.37.
to me , 6.37 is more stable, but with 6.38b , theres the meat wagon and balistas and PotM, also with new items.

one time, i was used to playing 6.38b then i had a friendly match where we used 6.37 and ... hohoho .. i played enchant trying to buy arcane ring .. ):
