Singapore- Thanks to understanding of the signed up teams, part 1 of the category stage will go on as planned. 16 teams, each in their respective category will be competing at Colosseum during Sat (19th Sept) morning to fight to be the champion of their group and gain an entry into the Final rounds. The finals stage will be delay till further notice, first the registration for the 16 remaining slots (two slots already booked) will continue. Once we have 16 teams signed up, the second part of the category stage will start on that particular weekend and the finals will be on the next weekend following after. Further information on that would be release soon. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thus, to make up for it we are giving all participating teams 6 HON (limited) beta game accounts each.
Spectators are welcome. So do bring along your friends for support.
All teams please note that according to your first match shown, report 30mins before that first match time to take attendance. You must bring along your identifications (IC, Passport, Driving License or Etc.) and report to us automatically to take your attendance.
When it's time for any match, any player or team who is not at the registration counter area when called upon will be considered to be late, thus will be made to miss that particular match (direct match lose for team that are late), only max of 10min grace will be given. Please help us and helping yourself to be punctual. Thanks.
Dress Code will be no sleeveless tops, no short (berms are ok) and strictly no open footwear for guys.
For gals, no sleeveless tops, no open footwear.
Those because of medical problem that have to break the Dress Code will need to provide medical proof.
Lastly, there are a few more things I would need all your cooperation to make a pleasant experience for all.
1) Please do not bring outside food or drink to the event venue.
2) Ensure all equipments are returned to it's original setup and clear of any rubbish left behind, team will be liable for lost equipment discovered after their match.
3) Please do not obstruct any walkway. Watching the game is okay, but please spread yourself out so the walkways are not blocked
4) Do not sit on any chair meant for playing participants and venue's customers.
Also for spectators that teams brought along with team, please help to advice and remind them not to congregate around a particular spot causing obstruction or disturbance to playing participants.
