Malaysia - It was sure a wonderful experience for us and those who participated in our first ever Alienware Arena Tournament in Malaysia. Even though for this time the notification for this event was short but we did receive quite a good level of interest and participation from the community. For DotA saw participation not only from powerhouse teams, but also participation from aspiring DotA gaming teams. It was a day which we saw of these teams battling bravely in the same ring among the presence of the powerhouses. Especially one team that is both fun-loving and serious in their game, their energy and bright spark just refused to be hidden under the glory of the titans. This team is MVP (in no relation to one of SG's old school team that is call MvP too. This team also went on to win themselves the 3rd position in this tournament. After their match ended, they even gamely stuck around to watch the SF4 finals and gave their loudest cheers of support for the SF4 finalists.

Still, the best highlight of the tournament would also be match between Nirvana.Tbun and MvP. Right before the horn sounded, both teams engaged in an epic clash right inside the neurtal creeps area. Our commentator "Ant" then followed the action giving a highly charged commentary during that early clash and all the spectators had their eyes glued to the screens. Cheers rang when one side prevailed in the clash. We have receive some suggestions, compliments and feedback from participants and others. Some of you have also asked for the info on our next event for Malaysia. We are definitely in the planning stage for it but it's still not ready to be announced. So do check back often for updates often for any update about it. Once the news are ready for announcement, you can find out it first hand on no other but DotaSG.
