national id number help

i dont have a passport.. or nbi.. i do have my postal id.. and i have a number there? could my postal id be enough?? and if not could you guys help me where can i get my national id # .. sorry shawn i pm alot .. ived been busy lately and just read about the registration closing tonight i really want my team to join.. so please help
