* Reworked Neutral Creep abilities and mechanics to better balance them out
* Improved Leshrac's base str
* Reduced Chen and THD movement speeds
* Mangus's Shockwave cooldown reduced from 12 to 11/10/9/8
* Increased Shadow Fiend's movement speed
* Improved Berserker's Call AOE by 25
* Increased base armor on Harbinger
* Lowered initial wait time before drafting starts in -rd
* Improved Presence of the Dark Lord AOE
* Lowered level 1 Hawk ms and vision
* Removed entangle from level 1-3 of Spirit Bear
* Reduced Sanity's Eclipse cooldown from 200 to 160
* Fixed Radiance Effect in center of map when Spirit Bear dies with it
* Improved HP on Spiderlings
* Lowered Siege units armor
* Increased Razor's base damage a bit
* Reduced Watcher's cooldown
* Fixed some bugs with Shallow Grave not workling properly on units that morph
* Sent and Scourge are now colored in -rd text display
* Lowered Hawk HP and gave them bounty
* Fixed a rare but serious bug with Geomancer leveling up
* Satanic life steal increased from 23% to 25%
* Increased Eye of Skadi slow duration from 2 to 3 seconds when used by melee heroes
* Restored normal hero name display
* Fixed roshan exploit with geomancer
* Reworked Shallow Grave a bit, it has a duration now
* You now see a decline message when someone refuses to swaphero
* Fixed an old bug with level 3 Elder Form attacking gem
* Fixed a few typos


Personally feel dat they buffed shadow fiend and weaver alot... dunno why.. and the bear change realli sux

Nice buff on razor.Finally icefrog agree to the buff everyone is asking for in the suggestion forum.

Nevermore and weaver is buffed due to the lack of usage in competitive scene.There are better carrier than them out there.

I've always found it hard to last hit with razor's kns attack.

Chen does have a very very large advantage above other heroes, and yes, he should be nerfed. I also feel that QoP deserves a 10 movement nerf and a less misleading animation.

It's like slowly killing the game...i hope he is not thinking..."hmmz ok..since i can't make naix,mangus, razor etc strong..i will just make the rest of the heroes weaker and weaker to compensate..."ZzZZZ

Magnus is damn gosu la....Isn't it more fair in this way? Some of these buffs/nerfs are also highly voted for. That's the reason why league map is 6.37.

Yeah what wakabake said is very true. If you guys follow the ang moh league replays, u will find that most of their -lm games always end in 1-1. Sentinel side used to be the losing side but now sentinel line ups are most a 100% win now. Why? They are using chen,syllabear,thd,beastmaster etc just like in SG. Hence people in allstars forum will bound to complain about these "imba" heros and icefrog will SOMEHOW succumb to pressure and decides to give these heros a nerf or so. Chen major nerf to his creeps is a pain to any chen users. Centaur doesnt have a ms bonus is very very sad, unless u get urself a taskmaster or necrobook. Syllapet without entangle until level 4 bear is like a bear without any claws, thus losing the harrassing ability; what i meant was that people's fear most of the bear is entangle. This gives the opponent viper a better chance to beat syllabear.

I wonder why these ang mohs took so long to realise about the potential of QoP and VS? They have been virtually the same since 584 days and suddenly due to their heavy involvement in league replays recently(i suspect they took some strats while watching sg comp replays in the replays section), they will get "complained". QoP being a too heavy nukeshit nuker cum chaser and VS with the swop range being gay at level 11 onwards. A future nerf on these 2 heros are possible.

Although 637 is still their league map, they will move on to 6.40 as their stable league map soon. Just see the front page of all-stars forum and u will see MYM vs TeG is using 640 now.

So afterall what am i trying to say? Icefrog isnt an objective person.

they did nerf qop before.. i rmb the mp to cast blink increased to 80 once, and they reduce it back to 60 again. as for vs, i tink itz realli balanced and nicely done. Back in 84c days u can swap creep to run. imba =/
