If you're going to a JC, then you should be able to join. But the problem is, you would have to join a team that has ALREADY submitted their application form. Why? Because the deadline is 28th Feb, which I think, should be BEFORE the JAE posting results are out. Therefore it is impossible for you to sign up before the JAE results are out, simply because you don't have a school. After you get your JAE results (presuming you are going to a JC), you would have to find a team who has a player who has decided to not go, and replace that player. Done.

I supposed what rule meant is we can participant under our secondary school if you are waiting for o level results/JAE posting. I doubt the rule allows you to play in your posting despite it's a jc/poly as the dateline of registration is end of Feburary where the posting is not out yet. So at most those students can only represent their ex-school which will be their secondary school as post graduates. Playing under representive of JC/poly for those students is quite impossible as the dateline of registration of competition is before posting of JAE. Might be quite confusing what i had said. I'll give examples to make it easier to understand.

eg1. A group of 5 friends, from XX Poly and XX secondary school student who are waiting for JAE posting. They want join this competition as a team. Sadly the rule only allow students from the same school. So they register to play under xx poly where the posting is not out. Thus taking up the slot which is meant for the polytechnic

eg2. This is worse. A group of 5 friends( A and his 4 friends) from different secondary school waiting for JAE. They want to join tix competition together as a team. Thus A got one of his one 3 month JC teacher to be their teacher in charge to write them approval to join competition, while using A plus 4 of his other friends who he got to know in his 1st 3 month in jc as Name shell. During the competition this friend sub his group of friends in and claim they are "posted" to this JC by JAE, which no one will know whether it's true onot.

lol man, no offense, but being the organisers, they should have been more well-prepared, by organising such a competition, they should have know how a popular game as such would attract an equally overwhelming response. simply put it, their ability to handle things weren't there. not that i want to criticise them, but they failed their duty as organisers.

We will be sending a indemnity form to your teachers whose teams has been successfully accepted. And confirmation email will be send to team leaders. Accepted teams MUST approach your teachers for indemnity form which you required your parents to sign and present to us during the event. Emails will be send out within these 2 - 3 days.

hi i believe most of the poly/jc student is already at least 18and above is there really a need for us to show parents forms like that.. i mean come on we' r young adults. its not like an excursion or smt and for ur info most polys are having holiday right now..how m i suppose to find that lec during holiday ..is there really a need for that:)
