The Aliens are back, The Aliens are back! This time the Alien masters are looking to recruit young human followers to assist us in our ultimate Assimilation plan. In the months of June and July, here are what we have coming for you.
Alienware is proud to announce our first Youth Engagement Programme for campus level gamers in Singapore. To reach out to the youth gamers, Alienware is offering an amazing network opportunity that will provide activities and perks for aspiring individuals to reach their maximum gaming potential. Ultimately Alienware hopes to embark on a meaningful journey together with our gamers and ensure that their aspirations to conquer the world are fully met!
How should I start?
It is real simple. If you are currently a student studying in Singapore, and are within the age of 29 years old, you will be eligible to join us as a youth member. During our upcoming events, we will open up registration to members of the public who are eligible to sign-up. Be prepared to bring any document(s) that will verify you as an existing student and also bring along any other personal ID (IC/Passport) for verification.
After this First Encounter, it will open up your eligibility to participate in any of our members-only Alienware Arena exclusive events and activities. As a bonus, you will be automatically entered into our First encounter event draw. You will be entitled to one chance to win one of the many great Alienware peripherals prizes.
So what’s next?
It will be time to show your participation and loyalty to the Alien masters. For those who are actively involved and have extraordinary skill or performance in our events and competitions, you will be picked and be promoted to the rank of “Initiates”. Members who are not competitive gamers but who are also actively involved in the gaming scene with other talents will also be taken into consideration and picked up for promotion. You will get to receive a special member kit and also under this new rank, you will be entered into the next level of opportunity to win Alienware peripherals of higher value.
Is that all?
No, it does not end here. Among the Initiates we will assign them missions to complete. Upon completion they will be promoted to the high level rank of “Game Ambassador”. Game Ambassadors will have a strict Alien code to follow and also will need to constantly maintain their performance and their loyalty to the Alien masters. Promoted members will get their very own specially designed Alienware apparel with personalisation along with the new rank member kit for them. These are definitely highly sort after and to be treasured. They are limited editions that you will never get elsewhere. What you are able to win in this new member rank is again up another notch. This one we will keep it as a surprise for you. Game Ambassador will also enjoy great discounts on all Alienware products and get to share the discount with their friends.
Here is a piece of news you must not miss. You can participate and enjoy our launch of the “First Encounter” experience would be at our upcoming event in Garena Carnival that will be taking place at Colosseum on the 18th and 19th June. We also have a 1v1 League of Legends challenge, come test your skills against our gate keepers and see if you could get a First Blood off any one of them. You will get +1 chance in our event lucky draw if you could do that. Each participant is limited to one chance in our mini 1v1 challenge.
So do not hesitate, head down now to Garena Carnival on 18th and 19th June and look out for Alienware Arena’s First Encounter area to sign up as a youth member!
Finally, the last piece of good news is that on the 3rd July 2011, we will have our first Alienware Arena Campus Challenge. It will be held in a “mystery” cyber cafe in town. The first challenge event for our youth members is on the game League of Legends. We are opening up to 16 teams of summoners (5 member and 1 reserve in each team) to participate. Team can be formed from members from different schools. Registration starts on the 18th of June at Garena Carnival. Registration slots are first come first serve while slots last, so don’t miss it.
