Quite Quiet!

After recent completion of the CAPL and HQ3's tournament, it has been very quiet since for the DotA competitive scene. We need some more major competition, one that will make you thirst for more.

Well, looking at how DotA has grown all these years, I think it is time for more entities to bring in more tournaments. I think there are still more potential sponsors that could come out from hiatus and support these Dota competitions.

But accordingly to the law of "Fair Exchange" rule (learnt from FMA anime), for A to happen, B must be done/sacrifice. So meaning for potential sponsors to come out and support more of such tournament, there is something gamer must do to make it happens.

Well, there are many ways gamers can contribute to the competitive scene, and I can tell you how but after I tell you all the secrets then I have to kill you all. DotA gamers are too many to silence*heehee* so it will be better to hear from you guys on what you think you all can do/sacrifice. Money, GG/BF, Time or?

Personally, nothing fair in the world but if all of us could do our best to contribute so as to make the competitive scene more robust, that is more important than everything else. Every little effort helps, it is just like farmer DELL growing crops, and soon all of us will be able to harvest our fruits of labor.

Wait a minute, farmer dell is not a crop farmer, anyway what the hack. You all know what I mean.

Actually there's quite little competitions for DotA in S'pore.
Now very boring.. No competitions, the nearest one also must wait till March holidays, Funan de.

I hope what lonerlost is the truth.
More than 80% of my friends on bnet hardly online these days.
I myself personally only managed to play a dota game or two during the weekend.

Also,most of the people play dota as a recreation rather than competitively,which mostly explain why there are no new clan coming up at the moment.

There are many people who play DotA de, but just that very very very little play competitively. Like, I want to play competitively but I can't seem to find anyone who does. I really don't want DotA to end in the CS way, like, just fade away from the desktop or something.
But it's quite hard to train for compys when there is school, so maybe the organisers want to organise DotA compys in holidays when students have more time to train?

The Competition will most likely be played at all 4 branches of Gamers Inc, Thomson Road ,Tamah Jurong with 2 lanshop and one in katong , we are currently setting up the competition and it will start at around March.we will post out the furthur details in dotasg soon
