You can select your router model from here:
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm
And then click Warcraft III. Follow the on-screen instructions (they even have screenshots included) and you should be set to go.

lolx. ur trying to teach people to port forward? well. its good la. i was thinkin bout writing 1. but its like...different router u gotta explain it differently.

i thought all u need to do was to open the 6112 port and everything would be fine?

Hmm the website recommends to open TCP ports 6112-6119. And also the screenshots step-by-step are handy for those really clueless about it
you could just play on hamachi to save trouble xD

Isnt there a limit for the number of members in ur network for hamachi?

i believe there is a limit.
bnet sometimes is lag. but i feel bnet has the most amt of leavers if u play public games.
yeah there is, maybe we should host a few #'s xD ... or similarly, you can host competitions on hamachi, create a private channel. but this is just an option to play with.

Just enable DMZ host in your router and fill in the ip of the DMZ host. Ip can be found in IPCONFIG. Save + exit. Done.
