RoS IHL @ Channel:Clan RoS

This is only for Singapore Dota players who frequent Battle.net Us.West@Lordaeron .
RoS is open up for Inhouse League.The idea is to allow individuals/clan players to use RoS as a channel to play draft/inhouse.There is a Dota ladder record.
There is a IHL running in Europe @ Northrend by Clan IHCS Supported by the GGC.
Not quite certain how is it totally run.Its not easy to get safelisted in IHCS, you need 3 vouchers and met a certain requirements.A password would than be send to ur email?and etc so on to get safelisted.I am not a regular-player on europe,therefore i am not very clear about the system there.I tried getting safelisted and its not easy because there are also hundreds of players dying to get into IHCS and the staff vouchers and moderators teams may not have the time to view your replays etc and see how good you are.They are very particular about the skills and manners of the players.There is also this Dota ladder which interests me because only standard games have ladder and records of player's history and achievements.
A DotaSg inhouse channel was established last yr during the nov?or earlier on,but was inactive due to lack of supports by local sg dota players or ain't popular.
Sg players may favour Mirc Dota by using yawle,zion and lancraft over Bnet,because they can find draft/inhouse games in certain channels like #Zenith,Micronology,Wcg,Wgt,Ipod,Xqr etc and many more.But i found it quite troublesome compare to B.net, for instance ,the pending time of setting up a game by Ip addresses and both teams to settle down to play.Or individuals players who wants to play draft/inhouse match but could not play because either they do not have a team or they are not welcome to play draft/inhouse by teams which need last or players.
Many sg dotarians may not learnt of heard of IHL or IHCS.Or prefer other gateway of Dota channels/networks.Agree,its quite troublesome to accept new networks after u got something to get your dota going and would be a hassle to learn and install others network.
I personally came up with this IHL in Lordaeron for Sg dota gamers.For those with no teams/clan and wants to play online scrims and no leavers games.

1.You will get safelisted 1st before you are allowed to permit into the channel.
2.There will be a Dota ladder which records experience and levels like how standard games is run.[the ladder info would be established soon after there is a considerable numbers of players playing and active].
3.Leavers/mhers will be kick and banned after 2tries.
4.There will be a submission of replays everygame by the host to forum>replays submissions.[The records and score will be checked,points and experiences will be recorded/accumulated].
5.There will only be 100 safelisted players slots available until a Moderators team is set up to further expand the numbers of safelisted players.

Yeah i know..Its really hard to get in lol..vouch requested and either no one viewed or reply or stop replying to that topic.Because they are simply have too many people vouching and to replay to attend to.Unless you have played with the players in IHCS and they know you/your standards.But in Lordaeron so far for sg,do not have a IHL channel so check out RoS for bnet players :).

yeah i know,as i also frequent IRc too.Because bnet does not have channels like irc to join,many left on bnet are standard games players or random dota players.IRc have alot of draft matches compare to Bnet,but not everyone could play.If you refer to pubs games on IRc its almost the same,[both sides may have noobs/leavers/mhers].RoS-IHL is meant for inhouses.Sometimes when you want to play draft games,its hard without a team or friends on IRc,individual players could only join pubs games,unless they waited in channels till someone called out for last or need players for draft.Bnet has its convienence and cons,many still prefer to play on IRc.This RoS-IHL is for bnet players only ;)

T.T im sorry skyharts.... EvN has been officially closed down after some internal conflict.
