It is very hard to define what is best player.

Some of them have good skills but not so good teamwork, some can farm real well, taking almost every creep kills and deny most of enemies but once engage they either how to react well or they just so engross in killing a dying hero and left his teammates dead. Some are excellent in some heroes but only those few, when comes to other heroes they are completely like a newb. Some can micro and macro well, some can lead a team to victory.

There is actually no way to determined who is the best but base on what i have seen and consider all the points above, i guess Ice would be the best player to me. (not considering those unknown players since i have never see them playing)

and what i think is, it doesnt mean a top team has the best player. :/
ive seen some guys playing in some non-famous competition and they were quite good as well. if i remember correctly the team name was SFC ( Seduction fan club ). One of their players, cant remember which name, was a QOP, which has almost 3 kills and denies of each wave. pro ?

I think ice has both the skills and teamwork which make him a good player.

He can play from a qop (farmer) to zeus (aoe) to chen/kotl (support).

He know when is the time to backstab like how he use venomancer and the time to farm like how he use syllabear.

As for his attitude, he is friendly and modest.

From the above, i think he totally fulfil the requirement for been the best player. (Honestly, i haven't seen one in oversea which is as good as him. ^^)

Of course there's more about him which make me think he's the best but i think the above is enough as not many had manage to do till that extend. :)
