yes,it can stop sks ulti as u force it to attack u thus stopping the channeling for epicenter

if the sk is damn pro and the call level is level 1, he can stun half a finger further from u and the epicenter still might go through. Rk stun cannot neutralize the epicenter if its done correctly. The bolt travel slow slow, vs will stop it though. Travels like rocket speed..
