I have compiled a list of important guides and strategy materials and briefly explain their contents. For those of you who wish to be a pro, but dont know how, this is where you learn how Dota works.

HP regen: (0.25 + str*0.03)/sec
Mana Regen: (0.04*int)*(1.00*%increase)+Brill.Aura.Regen

Explains everything from a to z on images. Highlights common misconceptions like bashes from images etc.

3.Projectile and Animation guide
A list of most projectile speeds. An almost complete listing of all Heroes attack/cast point and attack/cast backswing (most new heroes are missing). Contains a brief explanation on Animation cancelling.

4.The Complete Orb Effect Priority Table
Contains a very important table depicting Orb priority. Also shows the stacking effect of Ranged/Skadi with other orbs.

5.List of all hero stats, descriptions, mana costs, spell cooldowns and aoes
A good place to start about learning hero skills. Contains additional information not found in tooltips. To search for the hero you want ; press ctrl-f and type in the hero name to search.

6.Spell Resistance Stacking Guide
Illustrates the diminishing effect of stacking spell resistance. ie you can never gett 100% spell resistance with stacking. Shows examples of stacking Aegis/Cloak on Magina (Aegis before v6.41), spelll resistance stacking on Pudge, Viper, etc.

7.Damage Blocking Guide, Stouts, Vanguards and Kraken Shells
Illustrates the diminishing effect of stacking blocking items/abilities. Highlights the importance of item order to achieve maximum blocking potential.

A very important guide on attack speed calculation. Max attack speed increase is +400%. Also comes with a list of Base attack Time for most Heroes.

9.Armour and EHP guide
Another important guide on armor calculation. As a general rule +1 armor equates to +6% increase in HP. Common misconception: Armor stacks diminishingly. Instead, the relationship is actually linear.

A borrowed theory from the famous Magic: The Gathering card game. Explains the concept of Beatdown vs Control. A good way to predict which side will win way before a game ends.
