I was vieiwing a replay recently and saw this bugger hiding in the forest. I thought Icefrog was pulling another stupid prank but it turned out that this guy actually serves a purpose in game...

He can be found in the bottom right corner. Really funnie.

Left click bottle. Left click fountain.

Left click bottle. Left click rune.

Make sure you drink finish first. Good for health. IceFrog's empty bottle tells you to drink all finish before you top up. Otherwise it is a waste.
