Step 1. Make registration payment first. So how to make payment?
Registration Fee:
SG $60 per team.
All teams that are registering must make full payment first. For teams who hold valid discount voucher, only the team leader will be able to claim back (under the same team name or lineup and presenting the discount voucher) the rebate during the first match day.

Please keep the receipt in case of refunding under special situations, we will not refund if the receipt is not available and will also not replace any lost receipt.

Step 2. Complete and send in registration details. So how to get and complete the registration form?
Part A -
All participants need to be registered members of DotaSG. There is a top horizontal menu bar on this page, click on
"Register", the third option from left to sign up for an account.
Anyone facing problems verifying their account, please private message
"DotaSG_PaPa" with your Name, IC and Contact info, we need to verify those info before we activate your account.
Those already have your account login and update the personal information of your NRIC number, Mobile Phone number and Full Name.
Part B -
Download our registration form,
click here to download.
Fill in details needed in the red text box/field in the registration form. Then after that email the completed form to "
DotaSG_Admin@hotmail.com" before registration closing date.
Ensure all members' nickname for their DotaSG account are exactly the same the ones they registered for and don't forget to include those special characters like "
, . ? !... " and spacing used in their nick.
Fill in your receipt number or your ibanking transfer tracking number. Also do keep a screenshot of the page show to you when successful ibanking payment is made to use for clarification in case of any unforeseen dispute.
Any team that do not fill in accurate information in the registration form will have it rejected. So please help us by helping yourself to fill in all information correct and accurately. All red color text options box must be filled with correct information.
No player shall multi-team, meaning playing for 2 teams are not allowed. If a player's team qualified for the next stage, he will have to stick with that team.
All players must have a DotaSG account. No player shall use multiple DotaSG ID. Anyone that has already participated our previous events please use back the same DotaSG account that was previously used.
Players caught will cause his team to risk disqualification without refund.
It is extremely important that your registration is done properly and completed as instructed. Before anything else first check your team member's status. Ask them if they are ranked before or not. If ranked, then check if their
ProPowerPlay individual point
(click here or look for link on top left hand column) are more than 1600 or not. If any of the member of a team is ranked with points above 1600 then the team cannot register under David Category. Thus, when making payment, please indicate your category properly you are joining when asked to leave your details at
CyberDome's counter.
Also any team who does not complete their registration form and send it to us by close of our registration will lose their slot without any refund.
Please kindly do not horde the slot if you are undecided to join or unsure of the rules and regulations of the event. We seek your understanding and cooperation to fully read and understand the rules.
Feel free to ask in the announcement thread made for the event or PM to DotaSG_PaPa on anything you are unsure of before you make payment and signup.
Step 3. How to get Confirmation on Slots.
The registration is on first come first serve basis.
Payment must be made first to reserve a slot, later follow by complete registration form to confirm. At any time when call for completion of registration and any team not able to make it in time will risk losing the slot to those in waiting list.
Those who did not managed to get one of the total available will be put into waiting list.
Waiting list teams who eventually did not get slot will be refunded. Else any request for refund will not be entertained once payment is made once acceptance of slot released are offered and accepted. So please kindly make sure you are ready to join before you make payment.
We will inform participants if any cases that event was halted or cancelled , refund will be offered accordingly when we open up for request.
